Smoked Salmon Roulade w. dill crème fraîche, pickled shallots, lemon oil

Duck liver parfait w. toasted brioche, fig compote & pickled grapes

Roast turkey roulade, chestnut stuffing, duck fat roast potatoes, maple-glazed heirloom carrots, pea & spinach puree, & cranberry jus

Individual traditional Christmas pudding w. brandy custard
